Kiki's story

Hello! I am KIKI and I have been a resident of HOPE Animal Shelter for several months.
A few weeks ago I got to take a vacation at a local Foster Home for 8 days.
This is what my Foster Family learned about me.
I am a very calm cat. Dogs do not upset me in ANY way.
I got to be exposed to 3 new doggies in one day and I paid
them little attention.

I L..O...V...E be by a window so I can look out.
Give me one good spot and I pretty much hang out there most of the time.

Because I am an older cat, I stay out of mischief.
I take long naps, and I don't eat a whole lot.
I am content in most any environment. Though I do not like to share a bed with fellow cat friends. I like to have my own space.
But if you sit for a while, I will join you and enjoy a nice snuggle on your lap.

Oh! A real funny thing about me; I like to shake hands! That's right!
It's how I say; "Stay awhile and be my friend".

I would really like to be on the other side of this window right now.

Be sure to read more about my 'Good Things' and 'Not so great things' below to
learn more of why I would make a wonderful addition to your home.
